Prosci Change Management Certification Program

Prosci’s Change Management Certification Program is for change management team members and leaders. It uses Prosci's worldwide, research-based change management methodology and toolkit. At the end of the course, participants have learned, and are certified in, Prosci's Change Management methodology. They are able to facilitate their organisation’s journey through incremental and radical changes – building and customising change management strategies and plans for communications, sponsorship, coaching, resistance management and training.

You have the choice of attending open-enrolment (public) courses or running in-house (single-customer) courses.

Upon successful completion delegates are certified as change practitioners. The certification program provides for credits at the Project Management Institute (PMI) and the University of Colorado (see www.change-management.com for details). With certification practitioners are entitled to a three-month post-class sustainability program offered by Interactive Learning Solutions to help them perfect their strategies. Furthermore, Prosci also offers certified practitioners life-long support through free tutorials and webinars as well as access to the Prosci Pilot site that is updated continuously as research reveals new data.
