Prosci Change Management Sponsor Program

The Change Management Sponsor Program is a 4-6 hour course for senior leaders and executives who sponsor or authorise changes. This course ensures that all participants understand the connection between change management and business results and the need to strategically position their business and projects to ensure success. It also demonstrates the role of effective executive sponsorship and how a “visible and active sponsorship” is more effective than resource authorisation and allocation, and reduces the risk of failure.

The senior management sponsor program teaches all the essential concepts and practices in change management in an effective manner that enables participants to better understand and fulfil their responsibilities with regard to overseeing change in their organisations. Delegates receive the Prosci Best practices benchmark report (worth £270), a copy of the discussion slides, tools and templates.
