Prosci Methodology
The Prosci methodology is divided into three phases Prosci's Change Management Process™
Phase 1 - Preparing for change Phase 1 - Preparing for change includes activities to prepare the practitioner and change management team for change management, to enable their sponsors to support the change, and to help them architect a high-level change management strategy. ADKAR® assessments and other assessment instruments are included to assist with this process. Phase 2 – Managing change Phase 2 – Managing change includes the design of change management plans and activities, and the implementation of those plans throughout the organization. Project change management plans and activities will be customized based on the characteristics of the change and the unique attributes of the organization. Phase 3 – Reinforcing change Phase 3 – Reinforcing change includes the analysis of the results of change management activities and implementation of corrective action. This focus area also includes celebrating early successes, conducting after-action reviews and transferring ownership for change management to the organisation.
